Unlike other characters in Watch Dogs: Legion, you won't have to complete a mission in order to recruit Aiden to your team. You'll see Aiden appear as a potential recruit in your mission list, which will direct you to his exact position. If you're having trouble finding it, it appears on the map as Safehouse and can be fast travelled to from any point in the game. Aiden Pearce appears standing outside the DedSec HQ, and all you need to do is go up to him and talk to him to recruit him.
